Domains
Register or renew your domain with us and we’ll keep it renewed, pointed at the right place and registered in your business’s name. Domains are registered through Synergy Wholesale, an Australian domain wholesaler.
- .au domains (.com.au, .au, .net.au, .org.au): $32.95 per year +GST, including premium DNS and domain redirection
- .com domains: $34.95 per year +GST

Do I own my domain?
Yes. Domains are registered in your business’s name, not ours.
What's the difference between Care and Premium Care?
Care keeps your site updated, secure and running. Premium Care protects the parts of your site that bring in business, with Gravity Forms Pro, monthly form testing, malware cleanup, a monthly check-up and a quarterly search and AI visibility check. If your site takes bookings or enquiries online, Premium Care is the one we recommend.
What counts as a website update on Concierge Care?
Everyday changes like updating text and images, swapping banners, adding team members, changing opening hours or publishing a blog post. Bigger jobs like new page designs are quoted separately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Let us know and we’ll move you up or down a plan.
Do you offer email?
Yes. We set up and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email on your domain. Ask us for pricing.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices exclude GST. Australian customers pay GST on top; international customers don’t.
